It’s a basic place with a great location, though the staff could be friendlier. Be prepared for a bit of an adventure bringing your luggage in, as there’s no lift. The rooms are decent if you just need a place to crash for the night.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very nice area, adjacent to a bus stand and the world famous uchi pillayar temple and an amazing fort and temples. The room was well cleaned and absolutely perfect with private bathroom. I loved that this property offered wake-up service.

the property's location was excellent and wonderful, in a calm environment. and we were close enough to bus stand and lots of shopping, and rock temple and bazaar.
The staff we met were very rude.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The rooftop terrace offers a nice view of the Rock Fort, especially when it's lit up at night! The staff was friendly, and the WiFi connection was reliable in common areas. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated during my city trip.
There were quite a few letdowns. The WiFi didn’t work in my room, and I had to request basic amenities like towels and toiletries multiple times. The location was a bit tricky to navigate, especially with luggage, and there was no breakfast available despite it being advertised. it just didn’t meet my expectations.

Stayed here for 3 nights and appreciated my choice. The staff was courteous & supportive. The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was perfect. The hotel's location was marvellous and decent, close enough to temples, and Chatiram bus stand. Also, it was 10 mins drive from The Hungry Tree.

I found the room to be very comfortable and clean, which was a nice surprise. The location is great, with easy access to local transport and nearby attractions, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast choices could use more variety.

I really appreciated the continuous hot water supply after a long day of travel. It was a relief! the hotel's location near the bus stand made it easy to explore. Although the shared bathroom situation was uncomfortable, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

we had a great stay at Grand Stay. the room was neat and clean, the A/C worked well, and there were many nearby hotels for convenience. We enjoyed the attached hotel facilities for food and beverages, and the hygiene standards were excellent. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the WiFi was reliable and the rooftop terrace offered a beautiful view of the Rock fort. We look forward to returning for an even better experience next time. Cons: cannot find any fault 😊.

The room was particularly good with 1 king-size bed, 1 single bed, and 1 futon mat. The city view was worthy. The location was particularly good, a short walk to Porta Santa Maria. It was right by the world-famous Uchi Pillayar Temple.
